There aren't many websites I can access through work's filter - this place, thankfully, and the mighty Wikipedia. Wiki reminds me today is the anniversary of the first broadcast of a Doctor Who episode.
As I can't actually find out if there's anything on the telly to celebrate, are any of the geeks and nerds out there aware of anything I can stay in and watch tonight?

Nothing on any of the main channels although one of the satellite ones might have something. Doesn't even get a mention on the official website.
Any more of that and we'll be round your front door with the quick-setting whitewash and the shaved monkey.

Nice!
But writing the name of the ship as Tardis rather than TARDIS is a grammatical error on a par with leaving 'The' out of 'The Sisters of Mercy!'

There's now a mention on the official site if you look really hard. They must be watching Heartland.
