Rowland S. Howard

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

For those who may be interested, Rowland has cancelled his show tonight here in Melbourne. We saw him about a month ago, he was in great form and spirits, despite his illness (he very very very sadly has liver cancer). He is a wonderful man, a great musician and an absolute legend.

Seen him many times over the years, he is always happy to have a chat before/after shows and is a true gentleman. All the best, Rowly, we love you.

Saw Those Immortal Souls many years ago supporting Sonic Youth and they were a force to be reckoned with.
