This should be a sticker which was attached to or came with some copies of ToL (a similar sticker came with limited copies of Reptile House), not an insert. If it's not a sticker, I assume it's just a Xerox.

Additional comment: I also assume there is an A4 insert that came with limited copies of ToL (at least there was one with Reptile House), but I never saw a copy and if it exists, it's very rare. Maybe Taylor has a copy.

It should be a sticker similar to the RH sticker the press releases and photos with ALL of Tom Vaughans SISTERS auctions are photocopies and not originals.

Haven't seen it around for a while, esprit sold one for about £20 a while ago, although I think it is worth more (original booklet that is!)
