Bizarre cover versions

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Yeah, Sparklehorse(with TY) it is. It's on 'Come Again:22 Contemorary Covers' though I've actually got it on one of those free magazine CD things. I think I probably need to get my coat now...

World in My Eyes can be found on the DM tribute album "For The Masses". Purple Haze is on "Stone Free", the Jimi Hendrix tribute album. I think Young Americans was a b-side to I don't know what single back in 95 or 96.

Mmmmm the full-length one especially, for Hank Williams pulling himself off.

Sonic Yoof did a fantastic "Into the Groove", Big Black's "The Model" is cool, and My Bloody Valentine's versions of "We have all the time in the world" and "Map Ref 41N 93W" are very worthy of mention.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
