What Think Ye Of... Them?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

No, not Van Morrison's band. Decent enough R&B outfit whose singer was clearly destined for better things.

NO!

So... Not done a What Think Ye... on here, but it's proved invaluable and costly in the past elsewhere.
January and February seems to be the time when people have A) blown all their cash on Christmas presents, don't have any spare to buy new stuff and retreat to the tried and trusted, some of which I don't know about. and B) got some maybe unexpected or long-awaited goodies from Santa/relatives which, frankly, I need to know about right away.

If I've got 'em already, I'll reply right away on this thread. If not, I'll mibbes question your ears' sanity (and I'll still reply right away, once I've heard them on Spotify or similar). But I will buy the stuff I love and thank you for it. Geez some ideas, peeps. 8)
Taping radio sessions on Kid Jensen/Richard Skinner/John Peel by the likes of Skeletal Family and Ghost Dance feels like a million years ago but it would be great to hear your recommendations.

Hi there Nizzy,

among other things, I received a gift coupon to some wellness center in the area - something I really urgently needed ...

As to radio redcordings, we're slightly on it here, at the moment ...

You too?
Oh good.
I read this when I got up & thought I'd had a bad palinka last night & developed an inability to read properly.
Feeling better now I know it's not just me.

:D
Cheers.

I think only one person actually understood what you were asking. If I'm right, I think you were asking for some new sounds to listen to,. Oh and if you had heard it you would be willing to either (a) praise said choice or (b) mock or ridicule said choice.

Is that the jist of it?

Yeah, obscure remarks on a band forum is sooo 80s Goff it hurts

If you want something, state it loud and clear. Some, if not most of us aren't even from Englad Shores and have trouble enough figuring out all the Weegie remarks on here. And then there's still PiB's drivel, which is not really something anyone give a damn about these days but still...

So you want boots and you want to trade, innit?

Aw, crap, chums. Sorry for coming across in the wrong way. My apologies. It's been great being on here. Just love the Sisters and go through phases where I listen to nothing else. Any recommendations welcome.
