Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Because it's winter
Now if it were JUly and they had loads of snow, THEN I'd worry.
That's what I've been saying! Feburary in most countries is either high winter or high summer. Just all very extreme this year 2010.
If July came in snow, I'm catching the first plane out of the Northern Hemisphere!

It snowed in Scotland in June once, I remember reading that in my 1991 Blue Peter Annual

Weather and climate aren't the same thing.

The snow's all gone. A little sunshine here today. Light and a bit warm.
The past few days had misty nights ... I love that ...
In addition it's Carnival ... sort of break for me ... everybody is downtown
and drinking ... wonderful silence here in the suburb for a few days ...

Whoohooo, the longest winter & coldest winter I've ever experienced here in the North! Better be a blinder of a summer this year.

Course we don't get real snow like we used when I was a lad.
Have to say that I'm enjoying a proper winter.

This thread can't die until it stops snowing...
While we here in Europe are going into Spring & she is here, it's turning chilly on the other side of the world...think south of the equator...
Let's see if snow happens in parts it usually doesn't this year!

Snow today here too, and bitterly cold with it.

My mother lives on Bute (off the coast of Scotland, just up from Ayr) - no snow at the minute, but powercuts and ferry cancellations mean the island is effectively cut-off

Yesterday was rubbish, blizzard conditions! The main road between Derry and Belfast was closed. Summer. Pah!

Thank you countries around us, now we feel chilly again! But we see more sun than the island so we are still in the running!
