if 25men supported them, I'd go see that but I would head for the pub richt after them

I was certainly under the impression that James Ray was fairly central to the thing and that all that flux stuff was a bit of poetic wordplay which had a meaning to the effect of "lots of people will be hired and fired".
Nationalise the f**king lot.

I don't care who's they are, it would make an excellent gig if 25men were playing with The Sisters.alice-temple wrote:They're not James Ray's, they're mine!moses wrote:The March Violets or James Ray's 25men, please.

For what it's worth, I'd prefer 25 women.moses wrote:I don't care who's they are, it would make an excellent gig if 25men were playing with The Sisters.alice-temple wrote:They're not James Ray's, they're mine!moses wrote:The March Violets or James Ray's 25men, please.

A quick look at his Youtube postings (lets face it there is never going to be a long leisurely look at that particular dark corner of that site) shows he has a large reptoire to have a 'stab' at !Being645 wrote:He is a unique bonfire/icemachine combo ... ...
I wonder which song he'd choose as an opener.

Pretty sure Mr Ray and Von are just about talking again, and if he's reading this correct me one way or another please, but I'm not sure if they are on "playing on the same stage" terms yet.. We'll see.
we're better than the birthday party, but not as good as motorhead, that makes us pretty damn good!!!!
You know, I'd vote for the Lorries. Would never happen, far too goff, but the Lorries would be cool. Feck it, the Lorries on their own would be enough for me.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

afaik it's still up in the air if there will be one or not. people have put their name forward, but i dont know who will make the final call - the band or the venue.
