I came across a load of old ticket stubs today which, together with hazy recollection, leads me to conclude that I've been to one hundred and twenty-five gigs since 1989.
Twenty-three of those were the Sisters and a further three were the Smurphs. Obsessed much, me?
Anyway that means 18.4 % of the gigs I've been to were Sisters' gigs.
I've been to an average of 1.0952 Sisters gigs a year since first seeing them (and I know which ones were 0.0952 of a gig), and a general average of 5.952 gigs a year.
Apparently on 12 February 2000, I went to see Ozric Tentacles, something I have no recollection of whatsoever!
Given the date and who I was hanging out with back then, I'm not terribly surprised.
Yes, I have been very bored this evening, and thought I'd share that boredom out!

I know, it does not matter what kind of number we come up with.Erudite wrote:I'd get competitive, but I know Andrew S can put us both well and truly in the shade.

Blast wins, not just the thread, but a whole internet.

I did see Hawkwind on the Warrior tour but he'd been replaced by Paul Rudolph by then and Stacia had taken her knorks home too

Probably as well, 'cause that would be an embarrassment of riches for one man to have beheld.James Blast wrote:I did see Hawkwind on the Warrior tour but he'd been replaced by Paul Rudolph by then and Stacia had taken her knorks home too

I've 177 live performances in noted my Excel file, I won't bore you with the pivot table madness I took it into after that
12 Sisters gigs apparently, 5 times APTBS - that's the range toppers. I've less ticket stubs though as I usually see more than one artist at a festival
