ooosh Steve! Nothing worse for a parent to witness. Also adding to the wishes of hope all calms down and the wee one gets better soon.

Sorry to hear that. All my good wishes to you and your little one.Hom_Corleone wrote:...folllowing 24 hours in the hospital. The little fella had another fibral convulsion on Tuesday. Hopefully, they find out the cause for it and some appropriate treatment.
Poor little chap, must have been even more shocking for him than for you ... ...
Anyone know how to get a fridge freezer into a room with only 2" between the top of it and the ceiling? Tipping it up to get it through the door means it can't be uprighted again once it's in cos of the low clearance. The door's too small for it to go through fully upright.
Hole in the ceiling or trench in the floor?....either way it's going in this week
Alternatively I could start a whole new trend for fridge freezers in the dining room

Get an off cut of carpet & get it under the device.
You can drag it then. No need for tilting/tipping.
Should slide pretty nicely.
Alternatively, what James said.

B-stard airline changed my flight time for the Leamington Spa gig. It's now too late to get there on time, so I need to go through the whole rigmarole of arranging an earlier one...

I hope you are not left out of pocket on that one
Just taxes thankfully; the actual flight cost €0.00sam1 wrote:mh wrote:B-stard airline changed my flight time for the Leamington Spa gig. It's now too late to get there on time, so I need to go through the whole rigmarole of arranging an earlier one...

Generally they don't do refunds on economy class, and I'd really be chancing my arm if I was to kick up a stink to try get one given the cost (and given that I'll still be using the original flight home too!), but let's see how I feel tomorrow.
It's more the inconvenience and the principle of the thing to be honest. And in perspective it's not really that big a deal either, is it?

I had an Olfactory Hallucination yesterday (burned plastic) and wigged out a bit at work. Had to go home to bed. Been to the doctors this morning and it was either a migraine (never had one of those) or a frontal lobe spasm.
I have to wait to see if it happens again.
Sweet.

Jesus man, that doesn't sound good.
Hopefully it was just somebody burning plastic down the hall.
