Hello

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Thank you. Still not sure if I did the right thing. You can't ask them if they're willing to put up with the discomfort, so you get guilted into letting them go rather than keep them alive for your own sake.
And you know that she's half crazy but that's why you want to be there.

You're welcome. What was wrong with the cat?

Long/ short story. All happened very quickly. The final diagnosis was that she had heart and kidney problems. She was 15, though just a baby to us as her mum is still here. My wife reminded me that she was the runt of the litter though, which is why we kept her. The vet said they might be able to stabilise her so that we could manage her problems with medication, but they seemed to suggest that it would be selfish of us and we should let her go. Pisses me off cos I feel I should have fought for her more and don't like her mum very much.

You're very kind Abby. What time is it where you are? About 9PM? You must have more fun things to do on a Saturday night. :D

It's 8:14 PM. And not really. My summer's been kinda boring. And tomorrow I have to pack because Monday I'm going to my parents' house.

Really? Over here summer holidays have only just started for our kids. Where are you now if not at your parents?

I live with my grand parents. My actual dad was abusive so my mom divorced him and me and her lived with my grand parents until my mom moved to Atlanta and a few years later she got married to my step father (the guy who used to be in a band).

K. Sort of have an idea where Alabhama is. Heard of Atlanta, but might be getting it confused with Atlantic City, where the New Yorkers go to gamble. Help me out on my US geography!

It's a few hours away from Alabama. It's in Georgia.

K. Still in the South then. Been nice talking to you Abby, but it's getting quite late here in the UK. Check out Body Electric on the Body and Soul EP. In my opinion it's the epitome of The Sisters. I reckon they think so too, or they wouldn't have re-recorded it!
