Sisters' shirt,which era is it?

And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. It's a bootleg shirt and I would guess it was on sale in record stores around 1994/1995.

Anyone remember the wonderful article in UTR about how awful bootleg t shirts were? I remember a stunning, unforgettable reproduction of a less than classy purple 10th anniversary shirt in it.
