Advice sought by premature chicken-counter

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Recently I booked my flights to Brussels, secure in the knowledge that Bohemian FC would be playing Anderlecht in the Champions League on 3 August as the perfect curtain raiser for The Sisters in Lokeren. Dandy Warhols on the bill just proved that the stars were aligning for this.

A trip to Belgium in the Summer for The Bohs and The Sisters - now that's what I call redemption/beach heaven.

Needless to say Bohs were trounced 4-0 by the mighty TNS in Wales tonight. So much for the Red and Black Planet.

Now what? I want to change my flights to save some leave - but should I stick with Lokeren for the 1-hour show (albeit with Gang of Four) or switch altogether to Leamington Spa?

Btw, I was travelling with Bohs fans who were only going to the gig out of curiousity. None of us have any interest in seeing The Cranberries. For various reasons, I can't do M'era Luna or Transylvania. Anything else to entertain us in that neck of the woods over those few days?

Yours,
Confused

Game on, so! Flight changed to Wednesday. If there was anything that made Tienen special, it was the over-enthusiastic drunken Polish people!

Thanks for the sound advice, All.

Bring on Thursday week - who needs the Champions League anyway?
