I am literally BEGGING for Leamington tickets :(

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Hello!

I am desperately seeking help from the kindly/helpful black clad masses!

I hadn't bought tickets to the Leamington gig as I didn't think I was going to be in the country for it (Im Irish!) but am now facing disaster: after jumping up and down with excitement that I'm going to be on the right land mass, much to my upset have now realised the gig has sold out - NOOOO!

I am absolutely gutted and am on my knees weeping (well...ish) for someone to take pity and consider me if they find that they can't go/ have two extra tickets for the gig :(

I am (of course!) willing to pay face value (possibly a bit above, I am desperate! :( ) for tickets and of course if you are going to be at the gig will owe you a tasty beverage of choice and my eternal gratitude.

Thank you loads in advance

right, my mate says he only has the one but if you definitely want it it's yours (for the face value of £25)

however, he does need to know for definite, ASAP (so he can still resell it if you decide you dont want it)

ticket exchange will be a the pre-gig drinkies place :)

so, you want it?

(if not i'll ask darkparticle, but you asked first so you have first dibs)

Quite possibly - have been let down with tickets on ebay before so had been trying to avoid it, but may have to resort - at least I have one sorted thanks to these lovely folks!!

:)

I am astounded by the kindness of others who have tried to help out with this. Its just lovely - nice when you get a reminder about why this music and the people who love it are so special, huh? :)
