Ulterior

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Supported the Sisters a couple of nights ago. A few people loved 'em, a few weren't convinced.

Personally I think they're a cracking band. Maybe thought they were a little better when I saw them as a headline act at a smaller venue, but that could be because I was in high up in orbit around Planet Speed that night.

Either way, it's great to hear such a balls out bunch of noise mongers churning out music drenched in feedback and delay and throbbing with bass and dirty electronics all over a huge drum machine that sounds like it was recorded in a cave.

What do the people who were at the gig think? Or people who saw them in Europe on the last tour?

I liked them, thought they had a good sound and singer that clearly practices posing in the mirror, what more do you need :)
