audio editing software question

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Eva's already mentioned it, but Amadeus Pro is a good one.

CDWave is a doddle (if you want to run in a windows environment).
Just make sure you choose the right format to save in & remember where you saved it.
To be safe, keep the original file in case you horse it up.
:D
Cheers.

Yep, got it sorted dead easily using cd wave in a windows virtual machine :)

Sounds amazing. I really do think this could be one of those boots that defines the band's sound at a point in time.

Massive thanks to the guys involved in the recording and remastering 8)

I've just downloaded this on the recomendations here as well.

I've had a quick play with it to split one track, works great, quick, simple, does exactly what it says on the tin.

Will put it to use on the latest offering from Eggi for sure.

I've just split Eggis great ArtMania recording using CD Wave Editor....

It was quite easy to use and once you get used to it it's quite fast to do.

You can convert the split tracks format when you save them to MP3, Wav and more formats so it really is a great piece of kit.
