This reminds me of a trip on the Swansea - Cork Ferry once.
Really big seas, the ship was rolling all over the place. That was a 9 hour crossing that I thought would never end.
It was nowhere near as bad as this though, no furnature going all over the place.

I recommend the Sharm el Sheikh to Hurghada hydrofoil for fans of marine vomiting - once you get into the Gulf of Suez then the toilets are not a place that a timid person wants to be anywhere near.

I'm really good at sea too, I was the only one who didn't puke on the Channel crossing I mentioned earlier.
Favourite memory though is the Nile cruise I did a coupla years ago. We'd sat down for a few beers, and the ship pulled out shortly after. It was veeery smooth so you didn't actually physically feel anything, but everyone's sense of balance and orientation suddenly went all funny.
Cue lots of odd looks into beer glasses and folks wondering "what's in this stuff?"
