Saw them at the Garage last night, seen the Bad Seeds loads of times but first time for Grinderman.
It was pretty much the Nick & Warren show - they're totally off in their own little world. Played most (maybe all, can't really remember) of the new album and half of the first.
Top nite out

I see he's shaved his 'tache off.
Definitely an improvement.

...which is always a good thing.Maisey wrote:Indeed. The Bad Seeds created some pretty sensuous music, so his "rock n roll rock sex offender" look left me feeling a little violated.

Rumour has it that his wife shave it off for him.Chairman Bux wrote:I see he's shaved his 'tache off.

Personally, I thought the "porn star" look fitted quite well with the whole Grinderman groove.

Yeah. The whole "hirsute sleazy degenerate rocker" thing suits the music. Especially since he's got a lot less of it on top of his head than he used to.Erudite wrote:Rumour has it that his wife shave it off for him.Chairman Bux wrote:I see he's shaved his 'tache off.
