Fantasy Dinner Party

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

After 3/4 of a bottle of Jameson's and injesting several jazz cigarretes I had a very amusing discussion regarding the above a few nights ago.

Basically, you can invite 4 people (alive or dead to a dinner party) - not including friends or family.

I chose (I think :lol: );

The Dalai Lama
Bill Hicks
Hitler
Chris Morris

No rhyme or reason. I just figured they would have an interesting debate. One has to assume Hitler can speak English fairly well. :innocent:

Interested to know who you'd invite....

Personally a good dinner party would be me, my DVD collection, and a few bottles of something with a kick.

I imagine Timsinister has probably had one or two wet dreams along those lines. Presumably Jon Pertwee had arranged some timeline crossing to make it possible.

Assuming that the dinner party should have an equal mix of chaps and girls...

Henry Kissinger (cute accent, terrifying intellect)
Edward Said (he and Henry have a lot to talk about)
Benazir Bhutto
Lucretia Borgia (she won't be allowed anywhere near the kitchen, though!)

if the eyehategod singer (provided you can call it singing, that is) mike williams is otherwise occupied, your colleague is most welcome to tag along :lol:

What the choices were based on:- You need the messiah to answer the burning questions that have been bothering mankind for years, like what happened to "2.Contamination" and are there any more Ziggy out-takes? Jesus, is a handy guy if you run out of wine and da Vinci can make swans from your napkins.
