**TOO MUCH INFORMATION ALERT**
My polyp is back - I know this for several reasons, the main one being is my nose has just burst and bright orange liquid is pouring out. About 12 years ago I recall blowing my nose and felt something wierd shoot forth - it was something akin to a giant orange jelly tot (infact now I think about it it was more along the lines of the marmaladey bit that lies betwist the chocolate and cake of a Jaffa Cake) and from then on in I've been a martyr to my nasal passages.
