These Are They

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I remembered in one of my earlier posts that I said my dad used to be in a metal band. Well, that band is no longer together. A friend of my dad is in another metal band called These Are They. He's the bassist. They're pretty good.

I've always liked Paul Kuhr's voice in his other band, Novembers Doom (they have some really good records), but I never thought about checking out These Are They. To me, this song sounds a bit like older Slayer with some "Scandinavian flavors" thrown in :) Not too bad, thanks for sharing! Might have to check out some more stuff by them.

Just out of curiosity, what band did your dad play in?
