Help Identifying (Early-ish) Gig please...

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. This is on a CD-R that I hope obtained years ago.
I think the crowd was jeering when they messed up
Heartland the first time.

I think the gig was from '83.

Thanks! Terrible job by me of guessing the song names, eh???
I'm digging through a stack of (literally HUNDREDS) CD-R's and this one says "Sisters of Mercy Live" on it...I have since learned to label things better!

No probs 8)

I'm trying to remember what (if any) remarks by :von: might nail down the identification better...

Basically the opener is Burn but the Doktor f*cks up three times, and the first Heartland is quite short because of another Doktor mistake.

Edit: and like Hom_ says, the jeering does help pinpoint it. ;D

Always loved those early recordings where there's a bit of agression/antagonism/difficulty on show, seems to bring out something extra in the band. :notworthy:
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
