Side Projects

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Does anyone know what other side project(s) AE has worked on other than James Ray, Die Krupps and Kastriertte Philosophen. I was aware that he was a fan of XC-NN and Wolfsheim but was unsure he if he had participated in any capacity.

Looking forward to Leeds.

Happy new year to all of you and any help would be welcome. :D

Well, the SSV album comes to mind and he also produced the first single and an unreleased EP for Salvation. I heard something about a techno side project, but have no info to consolidate it.

I've heard mention of this Paris Riots project before but not much more than that. Does anyone actually have a copy? Or even better, a way to share it? I know I certainly would be grateful to hear it.

Thanks for the link to that thread, which featured a link toward the end to some youtube page that featured a really bad techno track, which apparently is done by some group or person named Igor or something like. Not the Paris Riots project from Von. So does anyone have access to the actual Paris Riots disc to share or link to?
