this list is wank!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Any list of "darkest albums" that leaves off Smell the Glove ain't worth considering. Obviously not done their research. 1/10, must try harder. ;D
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

There's some bloody fantastic music on that list BUT 80% of it hardly fits with the list it's supposed to be.

I guess if people get into Swans, Black Flag, Suicide, Sunn O))) or Scott Walker's 'The Drift' from reading it then something worthwhile will have come of it.

That's not something you can say about that rag very often!

Lists are subjective, it's not like it's a new law or something. These are the darkest albums: FACT.

I agree with some and think others are just plain stupid.

The Holy Bible is to me the darkest album ever made, bet it's not yours.
