With regret it seems that i can't make the two dates in Belgium or the others that i'd planned to get to (Leeds is still on). The reason is a looming redundancy the day after the Leeds gigs. I only work a few days a week but that was going to pay for my trip. Without this cash i just can't justify it. My little girl needs to eat after all.

So i have a ticket for each night at cost, i'll even pay postage, or you can pick them up at the Leeds gigs.

Many thanks

Matt..

Bummer. :(
The fundamental cause of the trouble is that in the modern world the stupid are cocksure while the intelligent are full of doubt.

That's bad news mate,I've had it happen to me,and it's worse knowing in advance I think.Yes you have time to prepare financially, but you also have time to worry about it.The last couple of weeks are no fun at all.

On a lighter note,if the little girl is short for anything,I know a man who would take the odd t shirt of you for a few quid.... :innocent:

Before it's locked may I wish you the best of luck. Maybe you manage to keep your current job after all, or if not I hope you can find a better one soon! I can imagine how you feel having a similar situation myself, the prospect of losing my current job has been hanging like a shadow over me for a few months. I don't have a family to worry about yet I feel stressed as hell, so I imagine how stressful it can be if one has responsibilities and cares. :(

Glad it worked out with the tickets, but sad that you had to do it. Good luck.
