Printers Recommended

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Hi can anyone recommend a cheap printer to buy. One where you can get cheap copy inks easily as well. What printers do you guys use ?

I have gone with Epson printers in the past.

I know this post is not Sisters related, but would be a big help to me in buying my next printer, as my last one has just given up.

Thankyou.

It looks like Heartland is getting a reputation as a source of useful knowledge.

There's an ongoing printer and scanner discussion on the Joy Division forum, and whether or not you can use it to make your own batcave/deathrock faceprint with it, might join in?

Epson SX218 printer/scanner, copier and a port for camera memory card. I got one from argos for £35 and you can pick up inks for very little via Ebay.

Would you be wanted a laser of an inkjet? I don't print a lot at home so I find that inkjet toner gets gunked up - picked up a nice cheap Brother laser the other day, has a wireless function which is cool.

I might try the Epson SX218 like Dozmeister. Thanks to you all for your feedback, most kind.
