Just read in today's local press and just found it on Sonisphere official page. Girls were added to setlist alongside Iron Maiden, Kreator....
Place: Milovice airport (near to Prague), date: June 11th
Here you can find it on Czech Sonisphere site

I will try to check it during the day....
[Cancelled] Sonisphere, Czech Republic, June 11th
without golden circle tickets you can't go under the stage, with usual tickets you will stay behind iron barrier far away from Andrewpikkrong wrote:thanks, sukhoi
could anyone explain me what's the difference between usual tickets and golden circle tickets (besides the price )?

Plus, I assume the people with the VIP tickets are let in before the people with the "ordinary" golden circle ticket.
So depending on how many buy the VIP, you might still end up standing behind someone.

The VIP thing is not so much about music as you might think. It's more about 'networking' in that Vip tent thing. And about the seperate parking space and stuff like that. Most Vips don't even go see a bandSita wrote:Plus, I assume the people with the VIP tickets are let in before the people with the "ordinary" golden circle ticket.

So, the Vips will have access to the golden circle, but right there they won't be treated any different as the peepz with golden circle tickets.
So, if you want to go really close to the stage, a golden circle ticket will do the job. If you like to look at the pretty lights and hang around the bar most of the time, then a normal ticket is the thing to get.

Yeah, the longer I think about it, the less sense it makes at a festival to let people in at different times.
I just had seen this different entrance time policy at the last Madonna tour, where the VIP wristbands were let in like 15 mins before the Golden Circle wristbands, so they could get the best spots. It makes sense at such a one-artist-event, but not really at a festival.

Exactly, I would suggest "golden circle" which should allow access near to stage (but there will be 2 stages, so let's see how the line-up will look like).
VIP tickets are not so much about access itself, but more about other things (special tent, non-alcoholic drinks etc.), and much higher price, of course...

thanks for the answers! in fact I wasn't interested in VIP tickets at all - there was an explanation about it. free non-alcoholic drinks, VIP tent etc - I can live without them.
but as I understood the Golden Circle is something like so-called Fan Zone at some Depeche Mode gigs - it gives you right to be more close to the stage, right?

@ _emma_ : in your case VIP is an acronym of the latin 'vidi idem passim' which roughly translates to 'help me please'
Will we see you there rocking out to Iron Maiden? I will definitely give this one a miss.paint it black wrote:in the old days the reptile house used to have a fan zonepikkrong wrote:but as I understood the Golden Circle is something like so-called Fan Zone at some Depeche Mode gigs - it gives you right to be more close to the stage, right?

Matt..
I bet Ben is in seventh heaven.
@PIB - indeed .
Honestly I think it's a stupidest idea ever to divide the tickets to "circles" and "VIPs" - why, WTF? I don't care about their f* parking spaces and iron maidens.
I have a much better idea, which should be introduced at this festival: tickets called "Obsessed Lunatic Special", for people who arrive just to see one chosen artist. These could cost, say, between 30 - 50 EUR. There would be a special enclosed space for the owners of these tickets, right in between the stage and the vip/circle/whatever. The people would be allowed in this space before their chosen artist starts, and leave after they've finished. Aren't I a genious?
