Great !
So again Belgium and a popfestival late in the Summer
Just visited the website of the festival, but there is not so much to read.
Some news items and photos of the festival held in 2010.
So when is the sales starting and how to get a ticket ?
and an other question .... will they play in The Netherlands ...

Now that's the best line I read all year
Hope you can make it!
Apparently the festival is gonna announce the first 10 names/bands tonight at 21.30h...
This must be the very first time the Sisters are breaking the news on their very own website

I think it is, but Stekene is a teensy village anyway so it'll probably be easy to find once your there. Nowt to worry abouteuphoria wrote:I can find Stekene, but what/where is Groeneputte? A place in Stekene?
Ok thanks - I cannot see any (still functioning) train station or place to stay. As I only sleep in tents when I hike and as I only drink Belgian beer when I don't drive, what could a taxi cost the 10 km something to/from Sint Niklaas? I guess the best option is to sleep there or in Antwerpen (or not at all of course..)Obviousman wrote:I think it is, but Stekene is a teensy village anyway so it'll probably be easy to find once your there. Edit: ok I found a page for another region, but should be an indication..something like 25-30 euros for a taxi to Sant Niklaas after the gig, expensive but ok if sharing with others.
I have to think seriously about this, it's sadly much more off the map than for example Tienen or Lokeren, I can already see the expenses will add up along the way

There are no trains but I think there are fast buses. No idea until when they go though, I'll check later!
