Haha, Kirk Hammet wearing a Sisters tshirt

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

So, I was watching A year and a half in the life of metallica the other day, and at the end there is some compilation of the whole movie + some photos and stuff, and for a few you seconds you could see Kirk Hammet (Metallica's lead guitarist) wearing a Sisters shirt. I'm not gonna upload the 5 sec clip, but it's at 58:58 for a few seconds, anyway, here's some screenies. Sorry for the quality, but the fragment is overlaid with another clip, blame the engineers from '92.

Thanks! I visit every week actually, but I never post really XD, don't ask why. :p I guess because I feel like noob compared to everyone else here. I've been a sisters fan since the age of 7 though.

I've heard Kirk wore this on a concert once or twice as well. I wonder if he goes to meet Eldritch at Sonisphere this July (Don't know the exact dates).

I met Hamnet and James Hetfield at the Mish fan club gig at Rock City back in 87,the day after Metallica played Donington.

Some tried to keep their adulation a bit more discreet...

Doesn't explain the purge of the thread or the fail of the phpBB search function. :D Anyway, here it is now. :p Lets all be friends and go to bed.

Well yes - and this is the photo I took in my hotel room in Budapest during the Sisters tour this February. Pure coincidence, it was just on the TV. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid= ... 444&type=1

No idea, it was just on a local music TV station as I was eating my breakfast. The next was, as far as I recall, a song by Beyonce. As I said, pure coincidence.
