because from this morning, I've had it in my head that today is Thursday and therefore just one big sleep before Erasure.
Sadly it's Wednesday and subsequently 2 big sleeps

Tuesday evening I find a paper in the mailbox of a 'last try' delivery. First try to my knowledge, but then what do I know, so I give UPS a call in the morning and ask if I can come pick it up in Brussels in the evening. About ten phone calls later a pick up of a packet there would be no problem, even if it was between 21h and 22h (would've been pretty handy as I had to be round the corner around that time for work). The lazy fuckhead who was still in the office wouldn't even do so much as look at my receipt. Called again this morning, they ensured my it was still being held at Brussels. Drove there straight after work (enjoyed about 1h30 of traffic jams), the guy said it wasn't in Brussels but in Antwerp but that he couldn't get anyone on the phone. I guess he's lucky I'm self-contained and that he had a sad-dog-like face.

Stuck in the wilds of Surrey on a course.
Hotel in the middle of nowhere, with ridiculous bar prices.
I've been forced to buy a bottle of J & B at lunchtime.
Good job I have a big bag of ganj and my ipod.

@Debs - Depressing is probably not the right thread.
It should be more like... 'Slightly lacking in decent human interaction (not a load of IT geeks)'

And they put chemicals in it that make you ill.
And then they rape you and kill you.
Actually, am I actually in Surrey?

Heidi, my parents dog had passed away this evening, 17.5 years old.
We grew up together and she was like a sister to me.
I love her so much and she is already missed...
At least she doesn't suffer anymore and I'm glad that she waited for me to come and say goodbye, since I live in another country and I'm lucky to just be visiting my parents at the moment.
