Terminal Music

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Not bad.

The most successful tyranny is not the one that uses force to assure uniformity but the one that removes the awareness of other possibilities, that makes it seem inconceivable that other ways are viable, that removes the sense that there is an outside.

It's not bad, but the vocals sound like they were recorded in a padded cell. A bit of reverb, make them "brighter", some clean lines between vocals and instruments, might be interesting.

I thought the same thing

Are full of passionate intensity

Fair points all 8)

At this stage in the game, writing good quality pop songs and making sure they're played and sung well are a much higher priority than musical innovation I think.

To me a band and their music don't have to bring "anything new". If it is more from the same and it's cool, I definately like it too. So good work, Maisey!

Nice. :)

Shine sounds a bit too much like Shine On though...
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

In fairness - we're really not going for the scene band thang. We're not going to get arsey if something is a bit scene, but its not how we intend to start and its not were we intend to finish.

There's a reason why we picked a new wave/rock n roll dive bar in soho for our first show.
