Help: do you know this bootleg?

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

hi guys,

recently i bought cryptic flowers multicoloured vinyl at discogs.
when the record arrived it turned out the it wasnt't the right one.
so: it is a beautiful red multicoloured vinyl (like stonehenge e.g.) and this is the setlist:

Side A: burn, valentine, anaconda, heartland, alice
Side B: Emma, Temple, Floorshow
Plain white Labels.
I'm sure its a 83 Show but which bootleg is it. and if you know what is it woth about?

many thanks in advance!

Cheers, Oliver

Possible sources (presuming the 8 songs are presented in correct order):

28 August 1983 - Paradiso, Amsterdam, The Netherlands
30 August 1983 - Loft, Berlin, Germany
1 September 1983 - Odeon, Münster, Germany
15 September 1983 - Danceteria, New York, NY, USA

It could be the first LP from the 2 LP "Possession" bootleg (Paradiso, Amsterdam) - the running order and division of songs between the A/B side that you've listed are the same.

I believe there was a limited edition of multi-coloured vinyl of that bootleg.

yes, there was a limited mc edition. i owned it not long ago. but i never saw it in this colour. the possession colour was always like the Lights Shine Clear 2LP Detmold. Green-Yellow-Red MC.

so i'm not sure.
when there is some time i will post a pic.
