Coul have been worse for him, he could have joined the Fields of the Nephilim and had to endure some SERIOUSLY s**t crazy fans.

But as for TSOM fans of a cult band that last released anything near twenty years ago are going to be by their very nature fairly obsessive. It's not like the band have a reputation for great live sets to bring in the punters, or Eldritch's natural warmth and fan-friendly demeanour.
