spare ticket London Roundhouse 13th november 2011

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Due to some problems with Seetickets, my belgian friend Steven hasn't received his ticket so far so if anyone has a spare ticket left please get in touch with him at: steven.eloot@skynet.be

Thanks!

I don't have a spare ticket, but this:

doesn't surprise me.
Has your friend contacted them? If the ticket got lost in the post (as my ticket for Glasgow did - I also ordered from seetickets), he should be able to collect a duplicate at the box office on the day of the gig (which is what I did in Glasgow).

We ordered tickets around the same time and mine was in the mail already a week ago. So unless they have delay in sending them out, there's indeed a chance the ticket could be lost somewhere...

And there seems no way in contacting them either with the 'you can't reply on this mail etc...'

But thanks Emma  I'll let him know about your Glasgow story and give him your suggestion of collecting a duplicate. In case you have the mail with the ordernumber and proof of payment it shouldn't be any problem!

I used https://www.seetickets.com/CustomerService to contact them. You need to put the lat 4 digits of your card and your e-mail address and click "find order", and then you get redirected to a customer service subsite on which there is a blank field where you can type your inquiry.
