we need a meet-up in 2012!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Sounds like a good idea (in much the same way that invading Russia isn't). Anywhere in the UK is fine for me. The Marching Men would be only too pleased to play...provided we derange our schedules so we can get there.

Anywhere outside the UK will require me getting a passport, so plenty of warning please if the hustings are on The Mainland.

You're talking about Lincoln aren't you? Bloody nightmare to get to or get out of unless you have a car - or traction engine  You can't get here directly from anywhere and you can't get anywhere directly from here

oh heavens! we have caused havoc!

okay so thinking logically... the island is small, expensive to the euro but most users are from the island.

the island doesn't have better weather than the mainland, but we have better transport i think. but we don't know when or where. one thing is for sure the teachers on the island must have their holiday then. common rule.

but we do want this don't we. boss has to give an okay anyhoo & who knows where he is?
