Identify this between-song banter!

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Hello,

Not a regular here, but I suprisingly found used copies of reptile house and Gift at the record store last week, (never see used Sisters in California...some poor person offloaded all their Lorries and Nephilim vinyl too), and that got me back on my Sisters kick, so once again I have my stereo loaded with live boots from 83'-85' as I commute daily down the 101, under this beautiful October sky.

For Fun: does anyone want to try to identify this between song banter (bootleg, year)? It made me shoot coffee out my nose this morning. Had to share:

"You're not Dutch, I can tell. You have Scottish written on yer bum."-AE

Regards,

David

If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

Ah well, I was wondering if this forum might be full of veterans, and my query too easy!

This Black October period still gives me a thrill every time I hear the live stuff. On fire, I tell ya.

Thanks for replying!
