iphone prob?

anyone that can help? i can't transfer a long voice memo from phone to laptop by either email or itunes. have followed apple's forum advice but to no avail. i need it!

it also now appears that it won't play on my phone at all, though the shorter ones will. won't even start to play it.

What format is it in?

Are you trying to synch it with ichoons?

If it transfers to the pooter at least then try to play it with VLC or another player.

BTW. Ichoons & IOS were recently updated, so it might have knacked summat.

i think that's the case... it hasn't transferred to anywhere, backups aren't showing in the laptop library...

yup! the file was in two formats, one a movie that works on quicktime, the other an m4A file that i can't play for love nor money. yet. i still have to edit the bugger but am saving that till i've recovered from thinking i'd lost my entire poppies interview

garageband or audacity should both be able to edit m4a files
