Isolation/Division - quick plug for a mate's band

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

figured i'd abuse my powers and mention this...

Isolation/Division - Sotto Voce

Image

isolation/division is the solo project of mat thorpe, aka m@ or (dead) matty.

for anyone that came to the last heartland meetup a couple of years ago he's the devilishly good looking chap with impeccable hair who DJd with me. he also DJs at sin city and club lash in manchester, plays bass with distorted pictures (with rob rhombus), and played bass for the march violets at their leeds 2007 homecoming gig. he's also a very good friend :notworthy:

a few of you on here might like it - especially anyone that loves the chameleons, or the dreamier, more introspective aspect of 80s alt guitar indie 8)

anyone off to whitby this weekend will probably see/recognise him. do ask him for a copy of the album if you see him. and tell him i sent you ;)

alternatively, it's available to buy for £5 plus p+p (£1 for uk) via his website - http://www.isolation-division.co.uk/

He gave me a copy at a gig a little while ago and I put it down on top of my jacket and someone nicked it!

The digi download is just MP3, so I went for the CD. (he might want to consider lossless digi downloads)

Also shamelessly plugged elsewhere
Cheers.
