But countries learnt that they have to use the same method to survive- they should feed citizens by fear. Obviously they don't have vision of paradise/hell to offer but, terrorists (and so) are close enough.

Well, it's based on Harpoon, the definitive and accurate wargaming scenario which I know is respected by those within the military hierarchy. And they've been wargaming conflicts since before the Second World War, and have fought and refought World War Three so many times we've all been killed a hundred times over.

It's no different to the disclosure of pre-WWII battle plans for a new Atlantic conflict between the US and UK.
