was it sold out in 2009, do you remember , i just waiting for the next date after lausanne just in case
It was nearly sold out in 2009, but not completely. But I remember that there was one guy looking for a ticket who was more than happy to take Eggi's spare one. And as the price this time in Swiss francs is CHF 15.- cheaper than last time, be prepared that people who didn't want to spend CHF 70.- last time are willing to pay CHF 55.-. Thus it might be sold out.
You can't fix stupid.

ok, thank eva, i think i have ordered my ticket with still no email confirmation by chosing this option
oh well, will see tonight and will check my bank account otherwise, no ideaPrint at Home / MobileTicket (iPhone) (keine Versandkosten, Sie drucken Ihr Ticket selber aus)
Thinking about this one as the easyjet flights from Manchester are cheap and well timed but the hotel prices make me think its the most expensive city in the world.
Anyone got any cheapish hotel recommendations?

Tilburg - Brussels
I've stayed here, unfortunately don't think it gets any cheaper in Zürich:Mav787 wrote:Thinking about this one as the easyjet flights from Manchester are cheap and well timed but the hotel prices make me think its the most expensive city in the world.

Thinking about the Swiss dates, especially if nothing more turns up.

try this
http://bnb.ch/index.php?p=carte&c=a2
staying out of ZH might be cheaper but you have to add some travel costs
for example app 20 CHF for train returm ticket Baden ZH w/o reductions
I would say 50 CHF is minimum for a night

I'll decide later on when all European dates are set, but I think both Swiss gigs might be very good.

Huge crowd, extremely enthusiastic, especially with More, Temple and, not surprisingly, This Corrosion (“Hey, now, hey now now…). Of the three, More was really good. Eldritch mumbled a few words that I couldn’t understand (not even the language) except for a not overly ironic “Ach, was seid ihr nett! when entering the stage for the second encore.
Crash And Burn started great but seemed a bit off in the chorus, Ribbons superb, Summer too, and Neverland again topped it all, I have to say, even though there was no in-yer-face-snare drum.
Rain From Heaven had a great repetitive build up again, but somehow didn’t end as overwhelmingly as I remember it from previous gigs. Gift That Shines was cool. Unfortunately, and at the risk of repeating myself, all F&L&A tracks were fairly disappointing, Logic on ultra-speed, perhaps in reference to the song, I don’t know, No Time To Cry had a promising start – until the guitars joined in and the song actually takes off (or is supposed to). Not to mention the vocals. And I cannot leave out the shockingly weak and simply abysmal performance of When You Don’t See Me. Quite a shame. Dominion / Mother Russia on the other hand keeps proving again and again what a great song it is. Flood II again, no Flood I unfortunately. Oh, well.
Anyway, the crowd loved the show, it’s simply amazing how loyal the Zurich audience seems to remain to The Sisters. Ageing, but always loyal and really enjoying the shows. Must have been an exceptionally pleasing night for the band.
Good night
Paul
