And replying 17/18 times in a thread you care not a jot for would indicate you perhaps don't fully understand the above statement.moses wrote:

But I did have something to say and why shouldn't I, we are all entitled to an opinion even if it disagrees with yours. I believe there was a whole thread dedicated to ripping the p*ss out of bad Sister's covers. Jesus, what a nasty little clique this place has become.MadameButterfly wrote:Debaser wrote:And replying 17/18 times in a thread you care not a jot for would indicate you perhaps don't fully understand the above statement.moses wrote:

once i did the same comment about one of Us. They said what is all about and i let it go.
simple truth: 'if you don't like something, don't participate/watch/listen/read etc.' is still valid. it's not about some ideology or actions that is/are harmful to others but, simple matter of taste. not to mention that not everytime opions are needed, not always it has to be says, just because not everytime is brings something new or change anybody mind or point out something new. damn, now i sound like Being645
and last but not least, TSOM is a f**king cover band!

Pretty enough, but if you want to do something you have to start with what is already there, and where you are.moses wrote:But I did have something to say and why shouldn't I, we are all entitled to an opinion even if it disagrees with yours. We are all "covers" of our ancestors - so to finally answer your question:
YES, it is necessary (and you can count yourself among the happy and lucky if you can find some joy within that ) ... ...

Personally I find joy in the fact that the Marching Men are playing this Saturday.
And if that wasn't subtle enough, here's the flyer again..!

As an aside, with no malice intended, I find the 'clique' card only gets mentioned when someone has run out of valid points. Mentioning it Moses, has brought you no kudos.

It still sounds somewhat weird/out of tune for my ears but on the other hand it sounds better compared to the very first clips I've seen/heard here. Give it some more experience and this might work out after all^^

The vocals or the guitars? All constructive criticism is welcomed and appreciated.DocSommer wrote:It still sounds somewhat weird/out of tune for my ears but on the other hand it sounds better compared to the very first clips I've seen/heard here. For those interested the set list was:
Burn.
Lucretia.
Detonation Boulevard.
First and Last and Always.
Marian.
Lights.
Crash and Burn.
Amphetamine Logic.
Something Fast.
Alice.
I don't necessarily agree with everything I think.

thanks for sharing Derek!
along the way there were a few guitar bits off tune but then seeing how small that stage is, i would guess it's because you are all too close to each other.
a bit more enjoyment on stage, smile some more & just carry on doing what you are doing.
right at the end.... the vocals coming in were off tune.Syberberg wrote: The vocals or the guitars? All constructive criticism is welcomed and appreciated.
