Happy Wedding Day!!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Supposed to be the second most stressful thing you can do in life. Best thing though - best of luck mate!!! I'll have a drink for you on the day.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

I should point out that Sunsonic is an usher on the big day. He is also doing an hour of DJ'ing and we are still undecided as to which Sisters song to play. I think Temple of Love would get the old Aunties and Uncles rocking.

You really need a wedding march - SKOS is the one!!!

A good live recording of Comfortably Numb/SKOS can usually be slipped into the smootchies at the end of the evening without too much adverse reaction ...

Temple 92 certainly had the fogies rocking at my wedding, third song in. Fabulously, it followed Lou Reed's Perfect Day and One by U2. Ironic overload to my mind. Unfortunately I've since realised said irony was lost on even my wife.

Have a stonking day,

Dave
