Return of the son of 'Currently Listening'

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

That guy is quite realistic if you ask me, and be certain, his music is going to be a major influence in the following FGG output... Sam and me can't put it down since I bought it...

after having this for years and never really giving it a listen, i finally tried listening to it on the way to work this morning:

Image

got to about halfway through track 3 ('shine'?) and had a burning urge to play 'the watchmen' from 'the nephilim' album instead.

ended up getting to about track 8 and still can't remember any tunes or melodies. just a wall of weak, sub-standard thrash :(

oh well.

That's about it for me too. Every so many years I do want to give it another chance, but it just doesn't cut it. I prefer Mourning Sun over this any day of the week, let alone the older stuff...

A very fine record. They get better with each record (unlike their former lead singer, who seems to get worse and worse).

Should I try an ASCII-art representation of the sleeve for this, too? ;D

a lot of classic.fm and gotradio classics - i've spent most of the last 2 months doing work every weekend and evening, and classical music makes the perfect backdrop - very soothing and because you're not too familiar with most if it you don't find yourself distractedly singing along 8)
