Return of the son of 'Currently Listening'

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

After spending so much time lately listening to classic.fm I appear to have gotten hold of the Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean and the Harry Potter soundtracks

"This is the tale,
Of captain Jack Sparrow"

Can't go wrong.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

Funny to think that Henry's Dream is now as old as Ziggy Stardust was when Henry's Dream came out...

I like her too. Though I don't think she will ever be able to write anything remotely as good as Video Games.

The most successful tyranny is not the one that uses force to assure uniformity but the one that removes the awareness of other possibilities, that makes it seem inconceivable that other ways are viable, that removes the sense that there is an outside.

Anna Calvi. I'm not really fond of female vocalists, but she's extremely good.

Dirty Three make staggeringly beautiful "3:00 AM and working through a bottle of bourbon alone" music, if you get my drift.
