3 different versions of sleeve artwork are available.
Unfortunately, there's only one in the Wiki ... :( ... does anybody have a picture of the other two ... :?:

ENTARTEINMENT OR DEATH SET OF 3 UNRELEASED PROOF BOOKLETS FOR THE CD RELELASE

1) SAME AS STOCK COPY
2) BROWN TONE (FRONT+BACK)
3) BLUE TONE (FRONT+BACK)

sorry no pics as cant access to my cds now, anyway just different tone of sleeve variations :D
