Best show of 2012

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Very much enjoyed the Goff festival in Cologne with a nice Sisters' gig.
Had a great time watching and listening to Jack White, Mötley Crüe, Slash.
Regretted not to have seen The Cure in my hometown.

This year especially waiting for Mr. Cave and his Seeds performing somewhere no too far away from my place. Besides that I bought tickets for Iron Maiden and Roger Waters. What more is to come..?! :D

Could have been very contrived - but somehow it worked really well.
By far the best gig of the year. :notworthy:
Aye, saw Hooky doing Closer back in June and loved it; same reasons.

Big shouts to PiL and Adam Ant too.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

Patti Smith - The Forum Bath - the woman is effortlessly cool - legendary,
a good second was Gary Numan (and support Officers) - O2 Bristol - great set and sound was excellently loud!
