More Skyfall (Sisters of Mercy, Adele)

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

When I said I "enjoyed the pic" I was merely stating that I admired your PhotoShop skills, and didn't imply that I found the picture in any way, well, you know  Having said that, Adele makes a better :von: lookalike than the singers of some of the tribute bands we've seen on YouTube.
As for the song, Skyfall already seemed quite bombastic but obviously needed, erm, More. I think it would work really well as a goff cover version, in a Confide in Me kinda way.

I'll have to look up some tribute band footage, I didn't know there were any.

This sounds f**king awesome! Even the Skyfall lyrics somehow make sense over that riff.

I actually enjoyed the picture. It made me giggle like a schoolgirl.

Am I imagining it, or is the song not available for download? Perhaps I am blind... I like it, but I'd like to listen to it on a proper system rather than laptop speakers...

Far too fast for my liking. Needs to be more Valentine tempo than Temple of Love IMHO. Those WT cover versions all end up sounding the same, although it was a cool way to celebrate their anniversary (more imaginative than cupcakes  ).

interesting Vondele mash - the picture IS definitely disturbing, reminds me of those really kitsch 60's paintings by J H Lynch for some reason....
