We have it harder here in God's Own Country (which is due west of The People's Republic, where we have by far the best football team, as is only too pleased to acknowledge) where the usual February temperature is 27-39F.
No good for bread making. Some might say. Unless they're on tour.
Proper bread needs to attain a delicious 94C all round and throughout, or it'll never do.
