Just stumbled over three used paperback versions on amazon for more than £ 80,- each.

Hell ... ... the paperback ones are not half as beautiful as the hardbacks ...

And also, where's the cheapest place to buy it in paperback, and what would be the price range?

Ebay generally, although none have appeared for quite some time on .co.uk afaik. Going price i think should be around £10-20? (correct me if I'm wrong) but could certainly creep up when it shows up again. I got mine on abebooks of all places by pure chance.

Not sure why though. Think I was once searching for an occult book for a school production.... :von: ;D
