However, having finally bought a home PC this below does not bode well for the future ...

OMG there's no hope for me. I knew all the LOTR answers (including the elvish :oops: ), the Hitch-Hiker's guide questions, and I think I must have guessed correctly on a couple of others.

I better own up - 26%. I knew a lot of the LOTR questions, some of the Hitchhiker ones (and Klaatu Barada Nikto, but from Army Of Darkness, not The Day The Earth Stood Still) but most of the rest just left me puzzled and scratching me head.

I knew the answers to: nos. 1, 9, 14, 15, 20, 24, 28, 29, 30, 40, 41, 42. I made an "educated" stab at a few others, but most I didn't have a clue. I must have guessed right on some, because 45% is 19 out of 42.

I really shouldn't be admitting this should I?
