iOS7 what's the verdict?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Looks like s**t!
Took us ages to get that lovely 3D effect with shadows, now we're back to 1992.
And no matter what bollix Jony Ive spouts about it, it looks cheap and nasty.

That's a feature - it appeals the hipster-kidz' sense of anachronistic irony. They've started wearing Casio calculator watches too.

Turning off the device does just that.

Every time I open an app:

and a totally f**ked up Outlook calendar synch that's out by a year. My Samsung Galaxy Note 3 can't arrive soon enough.

I'm indifferent. It seems to have improved my battery life though.

The most successful tyranny is not the one that uses force to assure uniformity but the one that removes the awareness of other possibilities, that makes it seem inconceivable that other ways are viable, that removes the sense that there is an outside.

It's been detrimental to mine. My old iPad2 has become a Roy Batty of sorts since I installed this - burns more brightly but for less time.

*shrugs* It's awlright...I'll just have to get used to it.
Dim, through the misty panes and thick green light,
As under a green sea, I saw him drowning.

Inevitably, I agree.
Dayglo, retro, overbright. Some good things to it. it feels lighter.
It messed up my ipad and it had to go full recovery - bit of a waste of time.

Oh yeah - me too. A few tense moments there!
